The National African Canadian Association (NACA) is a non-profit organization. Its President and Founder, Michael A. Forrest who was inspired by our ancestors to continue the great work along the paths, which have been paved by previous African Canadian generations, established the NACA in April 2007

The NACA Legal Department

In association and affiliation with the African Canadian Legal Clinic, the Legal Department provides legal advice and representation to the Board of Directors and the President/CEO regarding the activities of the NACA, to ensure maximum protection of the organization's legal rights and to maintain its operations.
